SHIPPING & RETURNS

All UK orders include free shipping through Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (2-3 day delivery). Orders will be mailed to you within 24 hours of purchase followed up with a confirmation email and tracking number. If you require a priority delivery, a guaranteed next day service is available for orders received before 2pm, which can be selected at the checkout.

We hope you’re more than satisfied with your order, but If you need to be return your items, you can do so within 30 days from your delivery date. Any items must be sent back in the same condition they were received – tagged and unworn.

Our packaging has a second adhesive label so items can be sent back to us in the box they were received in. Refunds will be processed once items have been received and inspected.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the mailing costs of unwanted items or incorrect sizing so please review your order prior to payment. For all returns we recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail.

All items are inspected before mailed, but should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will send you a returns postage label to cover the cost of the return. Please email hello@lavida-loca.co.uk for returns address and further details.

All shipping to the EU will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95 through Royal Mail International Tracked (3-5 working day delivery aim).

Post Brexit shipping to the EU

To our valued customers in the EU, please be aware that from 1st July 2021 all goods are subject to local VAT duty. This varies country to country but you should expect to pay €12-20 locally for your items to be released by local customs. Unfortunately we can’t collect these fees in advance so you will be required to pay this locally if notified by customs that a VAT payment is required.  This is  an additional fee which is not included in the cost of your order.

La Vida Loca will ship to any customer, anywhere in the world. 

We use DHL as our trusted courier partner for all international deliveries outside of the EU and orders will be processed within 24 hours. Details of your order and shipment information, including tracking number, will be confirmed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

As we grow our global customer base your shipping rate might not displayed at the checkout. If this is the case, please email us hello@lavida-loca.co.uk and let us know which country you need your order shipped to. We will update our shipping rates and confirm to you once this has been done so you can continue with your order. You can also message us through Facebook and Instagram @liveyourbestone.
